By accessing or using the Battle of Geniuses website or mobile apps (the “Service”), operated by Freedom LLP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required there. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with other users, or attempt to access systems or data without authorisation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Content you submit must not infringe third-party rights or break the law. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its trademarks, content and technology, is owned by Freedom LLP or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Mobile apps and app stores
Our mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and are also subject to those stores' terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
